Always On the Move

Hi! I’m Tiana!

I’ve always been pretty active. Growing up it was ballet, skiing, and whitewater kayaking. In my 20s, I got into more swimming, running, cycling, and did some triathlons. It wasn’t always smooth sailing, but I got help from experts when I needed guidance...so I could keep MOVING.


In my 30s, I began focusing more on strength training, and got my personal trainer certification in 2014. As I continued to get stronger, I could lift heavier things...by myself. I was more independent. I felt powerful. I became more confident in the gym, in my daily routine, and I felt better in my body.


Being strong and active was essential for my physical and mental health. It also supported me as I built my career as an actor, acting instructor, and personal trainer. Our bodies are built to move, but they need to work properly and move WELL to accomplish life’s demands.
 

I want to help you build or regain your strength, mobility and overall health so you can move with confidence and get your life on track for the long term.


I will adapt my approach based on what works for you. Do you love data and structure? Excellent. Prefer a gentler, more flexible approach? I can do that too!

I will teach you how to lift weights, stretch, and operate fitness equipment safely so you can move confidently in the gym AND IN LIFE. I can also teach you about nutrition to support your health and body goals.
